My interest is web development, network and system administration. Over the last decade, I have got myself familiar with sfuff like CCNA, CCNP, Debian-based server administration, Information Security, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Joomla, WordPress, jQuery, etc. My most recent gains include web development with .NET framework, and mobile app development using Xamarin, focusing on shared code base for cross-platform solutions, and implementations specifically for Android.
I graduated from University of Engineering and Technology in 2009. I also studied for over a year at University of Otago for Postgraduate Diploma in Science, majored in Telecommunications. I then went to University of South Florida in 2013 to get my Master's in Management Information Systems, a bridge between IT and Business.
Since September 2014, I have been working at SiteWit, a small business in Tampa, Florida. We are committed to building a platform that helps small businesses to locate themselves on the marketplace, via search engines like Google, Bing, or visual ads placed on hundreds of high-traffic websites such as CNN, NYTimes, etc. Ad budgets will be automatically optimized within an affordable range, using our unique algorithms and data mining techniques. We have been able to partner up with big companies like Yola, Ecwid, Weebly, and Wix.
Oh! My name can be pronounced as "noc", or "knock". It's not quite close to the way it is in my native language (Vietnamese), but it's fine :-)
